• 학생과 학부모가 마켓플레이스에서 튜터를 찾고 시간을 요청해요. 요청을 수락하거나, 다른 시간을 제안하거나, 거절하면 돼요.
• 설치할 것 없이 영상 통화, 공동 화이트보드, 수학 기호와 화면 공유를 이용해 실시간 수업을 진행해요.
• 수업 사이에는 cookie에서 숙제를 내고, 학생의 풀이를 채점하면서 가장 취약한 주제를 확인할 수 있어요.

수입

수업당 20%를 수수료로 받고 나머지는 튜터가 가져가요. 가입비는 없어요. 직접 정한 요금으로 계산해 보세요:

지원 자격

We are selective about who teaches here: we look for tutors at top universities, we interview everybody ourselves, and nobody is listed without a criminal record check on file.

1. Where they are studying, or studied. We look for tutors at top universities: Oxford, Cambridge and the Russell Group in the UK, and their equivalents elsewhere. It is what we look for rather than a rule we apply blindly, so a reviewer can say yes to somebody outstanding from a university not on our list, and can say no to somebody who is at one of them.
2. A university email address we verify ourselves. We send a code to it and they have to enter it, which is the quickest honest answer to "are you actually there", checked by software rather than taken on trust. It is a convenience rather than a requirement: somebody who has graduated, or whose university does not issue one, makes their case in writing instead and a person reads it.
3. Their degree, their school grades and a CV. Real grades in the subjects they want to teach, in writing, reviewed by a person. Not "strong A-levels": which ones, what they got, and when.
4. An interview with us, in this platform. On the same video system lessons run on, so we have met them and seen them teach something rather than talk about teaching.
5. Proof they are who they say they are. A photo of a passport or driving licence and a photo of their face, through Stripe. Stripe tells us the outcome and those photographs never reach us. A right-to-work check is separate, and a copy of the document from that check is kept on record, as the law requires.
6. An Enhanced DBS check, before the profile exists. Not before the first lesson: before anybody can see them at all. Outside the UK, their own country’s equivalent, read and decided on by a person. The software refuses to publish a profile without one.

집에서 온라인으로 튜터링할 수 있나요?

네. 모든 수업은 영상 통화와 공동 화이트보드를 이용하는 브라우저 기반 공간에서 온라인으로 진행돼요. 인터넷 연결이 양호한 곳이면 어디서나 가르칠 수 있고, 가능한 시간도 직접 정할 수 있어요.

교사 자격증이 필요한가요?

아니요. 명문 대학에 재학 중인 튜터를 찾고, 성적과 이력서를 확인하고, 플랫폼에서 면접을 진행해요. 신원도 확인하며, 프로필을 공개하기 전에 범죄경력 조회 결과를 제출해야 해요.

여기서 온라인 튜터는 얼마를 벌 수 있나요?

요금은 시간당 최소 £30부터 직접 정할 수 있어요. 수업당 20%를 수수료로 받으므로, 요금이 £30이면 £24을 받아요. 수업 24시간 후에 수입을 받을 수 있게 되며, 연결한 Stripe 계정으로 매주 지급돼요.

최소 근무 시간이 있나요?

아니요. 가능한 시간과 신규 학생을 받을지 여부를 직접 선택할 수 있고, 프로필을 일시 중지할 수도 있어요.

영국 밖에서도 튜터링할 수 있나요?

네. 어디에 있는 학생이든 가르칠 수 있어요. 영국 밖에 거주한다면 DBS 대신 거주 국가의 범죄경력 조회 결과를 제출하면 되고, 담당자가 이를 확인해 결정해요.
